Khaitan & Co and Argus Partners advised and on Vedantu’s USD 11 million funding round.

Vedantu has long been a pioneer in Indian edtech – reimagining how students learn and teachers teach. The company has been expanding its offline presence alongside online tutoring, now operating over 100 hybrid centres and onboarding franchise partners.

Khaitan & Co advised abcIMPACT, a member of Temasek Trust Asset Management Pte Ltd, on its further primary investment in Vedantu.

The core team included Monika Srivastava, Sanchit Agarwal, Chirag Mangal, Jubin Jay, Aditi Gupta and Shivangi Mishra.

Argus Partners has advised Vedantu (an edtech platform) on raising USD 11 million in fresh capital from ABC World Asia, Accel India and Omidyar Network.

The team at Argus Partners advising Vedantu consisted of Partners Anindya Ghosh and Anantha Krishnan Iyer, along with Associates Khushi Bhardwaj and Nivrithi Kailash Kumar.
