The round involved investments inter alia by incoming investor WestBridge Capital, few existing Investors including ICONIQ Capital and Kamath Technology, and certain co-founders of UnifyApps.
JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Tech UniApps (India) Services Private Limited and its Founder, in connection with UnifyApps’ latest fundraise round. The JSA team was led by Partner Rishabh Gupta with support from Principal Associate Akshath Mithal, and Associates Tanmayee Shriprasad Apte, Saurabh Chatterji, and Kajal Kashyap.
Khaitan & Co advised WestBridge Capital on leading the USD 50 million Series B funding round of UnifyApps, an enterprise-focused AI startup. The round also saw participation from ICONIQ, Lowe’s Ventures and Kamath Technologies. The deal team included Sanjay Khan Nagra, Vivek Bangalore Niranjan, Divya Rau and Anjali S, with assistance from Smita Jha (SaaS, AI and Data aspects).
