SAMVĀD: Partners and Phoenix Legal advised on Snabbit’s USD 30 million Series C funding round.

Snabbit, India’s first Quick-Service App, is redefining urban convenience by enabling users to book trained and verified home solution experts— in 10 minutes. Whether it’s daily cleaning, organizing or routine chores, Snabbit’s dense hyperlocal network ensures reliable, on-demand service that fits seamlessly into the lives of modern Indian households.

With this fresh capital infusion, Snabbit plans to launch more micro-markets and expand into other high-frequency categories.

SAMVĀD: Partners advised Snabbit in its Series C fund raise of USD 30 Million, led by Bertelsmann Investments, with participation from existing investors Lightspeed India, Elevation Capital and Nexus Venture Partners.

The Samvad team involved in the transaction included Senior Partner Ashwini Vittalachar, Partner Vishnu Kale, Senior Associates Roshni Menon, and Madhuram Mohan, and Associate Sakshi Tyagi.

Phoenix Legal acted as the legal counsel for existing investors Lightspeed India, Elevation Capital and Nexus Venture Partners in relation to their investment in the 30m$ Series C Funding round of Maestroedge Solutions Private Limited (Snabbit).

The Phoenix Legal team was led by Partner Ashima Dewan along with Associates Shrishti Sharma and Mokshiv Malla.
