The equity shares of Emmvee were listed on the stock exchanges on November 18, 2025.
Trilegal advised Emmvee Photovoltaic Power and the promoter selling shareholders on its initial public offering aggregating to INR 29,000 million. It is one of the largest solar photovoltaic module manufacturers in India, in terms of production capacity, as of Fiscal 2024, and one of the first companies in India to adopt TOPCon technology for manufacturing solar cells.
