White & Case and Freshfields advised on €10.6 Billion EPH–TotalEnergies Flexible Power Generation Joint Venture.

The JV will operate and develop a leading flexible power generation portfolio across selected European markets including Italy, the Netherlands, the UK and Ireland and France.

The portfolio with more than 14 GW of flexible generation in operation or under construction, comprises gas-fired and biomass power plants and batteries, in Italy, United Kingdom and Ireland, Netherlands and France, with an enterprise value of €10.6 billion.

White & Case LLP has advised Energetický a průmyslový holding, a.s. (EPH) on the establishment of a 50/50 joint venture (JV) with TotalEnergies, valued at €10.6 billion.

Freshfields is advising TotalEnergies SE (“TotalEnergies”) on its proposed all-stock acquisition of 50% of the flexible power generation platform of Energetický a průmyslový holding, a.s. (“EPH”) in Western Europe.
