Khaitan & Co acted as co-counsel to Kotak Life Sciences Fund I and Asha Ventures on their investment in Mediversal Healthcare for approximately USD 5.6 million.
The core team included Sanchit Agarwal, Pulkit Chaturvedi, Jubin Jay and Poojita Saxena.
CAM acted as the legal counsel to Mediversal Healthcare Private Limited and its promoters on primary investment by Kotak Life Sciences Fund I and Asha Ventures Fund I. The transaction comprised of reviewing, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents, being a share subscription agreement and shareholders agreement.
