SAM, Khaitan Act On Tractor Junction’s ₹200 Cr Series A Fundraise

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM) and Khaitan & Co advise on Tractor Junction’s INR 200 Crore Series A fundraise led by Astanor Ventures.

SAM advised Farmjunction Marketing Private Limited (Tractor Junction) and Info Edge on Tractor Junction’s INR 200 crore primary fundraise led by Astanor Ventures, with participation from existing investors.

The transaction team involved in advising Farmjunction Marketing Private Limited was led by Partner Nikita Goyal, supported by Senior Associate Ayush Singh, and Associate Ananya Vajpeyi, with inputs from Partner, Manish Gupta.

Info Edge was represented by Partner Pratyush Khurana, and Associate Surbhi Burman.

Khaitan & Co advised Astanor Ventures on leading a Series A investment in Tractor Junction for USD 22 million. The round also saw participation from InfoEdge Ventures and Omnivore. The deal was led by Nikhil Narayanan and Akhil Sharma, with assistance from Shivam T., Mamta Jain and Nikunj Keyal.
