Weil, Latham & Watkins Act On Brookfield’s Acquisition Of Fosber

Weil, Gotshal & Manges along with Latham & Watkins advised on Brookfield’s USD 900 million acquisition of Fosber.

The transaction, a carve-out from Guangdong Dongfang Precision (SHE:002611), values the business at approximately $900 million.

Fosber is a global leader in the design and production of advanced machinery, parts and services for the corrugated packaging industry.
