JSA, CMS INDUSLAW Advised On Zota Health Care’s ₹350 Cr QIP

JSA and CMS INDUSLAW advised on Zota Health Care Limited’s Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) aggregating approximately ₹350 crore.

Zota Health Care is a leading player in the generic pharmacy space in India, operating under the Davaindia brand.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors acted for Zota Health Care Limited, advising on the issuer-side aspects of the QIP, which involved the issuance of 2,280,130 equity shares of face value ₹10 each for an aggregate consideration of approximately ₹350 crore.

The JSA Capital Markets team was led by Partner Arka Mookerjee, with support from Partner Pracheta Bhattacharya, Principal Associate Kairav Parikh, Senior Associate Vatsla Varandani, and Associates Sourav Jena and Ishika Jain.

CMS INDUSLAW advised ICICI Securities Limited, which acted as the Book Running Lead Manager (BRLM) to the QIP.

The CMS INDUSLAW team comprised Partners Kaushik Mukherjee and Kanika Sachdeva, along with Associates Yash Chhikara, Biprojeet Talapatra, Madhuri Pilania, Khyaati Rajpoot and Aroosh Tarwani.
