Freshfields, Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and Sidley Austin LLP advised on ServiceNow’s USD 7.75 Billion acquisition of Armis.
The transaction, one of the largest all-cash acquisitions in the global cybersecurity sector, follows a period of significant growth for Armis Security, including a US$435 million Series E financing completed last month that valued the company at US$6.1 billion. The transaction is expected to close during the second half of 2026.
Freshfields is representing ServiceNow on the purchase of Armis.

Willkie Farr & Gallagher is representing Armis in its sale to ServiceNow.
