HSF Kramer, Anagram Partners, Paul Hastings Act On Tide’s $120 Mn Series C Funding

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer (HSF Kramer), Anagram Partners, and Paul Hastings advise on Tide’s US$120 million Series C follow-on funding led by TPG.

The primary and secondary investment values Tide at approximately US$1.5 billion, cementing its unicorn status. The funding will support Tide’s international expansion, accelerate product development and advance its investment in agentic AI. Tide operates across the UK, India and Germany and serves over 750,000 small business customers.
