SKS Advisor and River Law advised on Dazzl’s seed funding round.
Dazzl is a mobile app which provides quick premium salon services on-demand with the help of verified professionals, reaching customers within 10-15 minutes.
The company was founded by Komal Solanki, formerly a Vice President at Nexus Venture Partners, and Ashish Bajpai, formerly an executive at OYO.
SKS Advisor advised DAZZL. The firm worked closely with DAZZL and its founders on an end-to-end basis, advising on the set-up, structuring, negotiation and execution of the definitive transaction documents, and facilitating a smooth and successful closing of the round.
The transaction team was led by Senior Associate Navjot Nagure, assisted by Associate Neha H, under the guidance of Managing Partner Sandeep Kumar Singh.
River Law advised Stellaris Venture Partners as the lead investor in Dazzl’s seed funding round, which also saw participation from certain angel investors.
The River Law team was led by Partner Atikant Kaur Sahni, with support from Principal Associate Shraddha S. Kapoor, Senior Associate Aishwarya B Shankar, and Company Secretary Ruchita Sawant.
