Lisa Quelch Joins Hogan Lovells As A Partner In London

Global law firm Hogan Lovells announced that Lisa Quelch has joined as a Partner in its Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Projects (IERP) practice area in London. She has joined from Latham & Watkins.

Global Corporate & Finance Practice Group Leader James Doyle said: “We are delighted to welcome Lisa to Hogan Lovells. Her appointment underscores our continued commitment as a firm to having a Global Elite Infrastructure and Energy Practice, and Lisa’s arrival helps us to continue to support our clients on their most complex financing needs globally.”

Lisa’s practice focuses on infrastructure and project financings, prepayments, sponsor-covered loans, corporate financings and highly structured debt financings, particularly within emerging markets with a particular focus in Africa.

Tobias Faber, Global practice lead for the Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Projects practice area, added: “Lisa’s strategic focus, strong client relationships and hands-on experience with a range of financings, is an exciting step forward for the Practice and will be enormously valuable, allowing us to further increase our financing offering to new and existing clients in the oil and gas, mining, energy and infrastructure sectors.”
