Balaji Wafers is one of India’s largest packaged snack brands, with a diversified portfolio spanning namkeen, western snacks and potato wafers. The company operates across multiple states in India and exports to approximately 25 countries globally.
Khaitan & Co advised Balaji Wafers Private Limited and its promoters on the proposed strategic minority investment by General Atlantic in the company.
