SpaceX has acquired artificial intelligence company xAI in a landmark transaction that values xAI at approximately $250 billion, marking the largest acquisition involving a private target in history and resulting in a combined valuation of around $1.25 trillion.
The combined company will form the most ambitious, vertically-integrated innovation engine on Earth, with AI, rockets, space-based internet, direct-to-mobile device communications and the world’s foremost real-time information and free speech platform.
