TVS Supply Chain Solutions, through its wholly owned subsidiary FIT 3PL Warehousing (formerly Jayem Warehousing Pvt. Ltd.), is acquiring Swamy & Sons 3PL Private Limited, consolidating the logistics and warehousing businesses of the Swamy Sons Group. The transaction is structured as a two-tranche acquisition combining primary subscription and secondary purchases, aimed at strengthening India’s integrated logistics ecosystem.
The transaction represents a significant step in consolidating India’s logistics and warehousing sector, enhancing operational scale and efficiency for both parties.
Khaitan & Co advised FIT 3PL Warehousing (Formerly known as Jayem Warehousing Pvt. Ltd.), on the execution of definitive agreements for the proposed acquisition of Swamy & Sons 3PL.
The core team comprised Vivek Sriram, Varun Narayan, Karthik Sridhar, Aanchal Kapoor and Akhila Deekshitha Baddepudi, with assistance from Sourav Dan, Srishti Ramkrishnan and Sumantra Bose (Due Diligence).
Trilegal advised the Swamy Sons Group of Companies on the proposed acquisition of Swamy & Sons 3PL Private Limited by TVS Supply Chain Solutions, through its wholly owned subsidiary, FIT 3PL Warehousing Private Limited.
