Uría Menéndez, Pérez-Llorca, Weil, Khaitan Act On Colliers’ €600 Mn Acquisition Of Ayesa Engineering

Uría Menéndez, Pérez-Llorca, Weil, and Khaitan & Co advised on Colliers’ €600 million acquisition of Ayesa Engineering from A&M Capital Europe and the Manzanares family.

Colliers has signed an agreement to acquire Ayesa Engineering from A&M Capital Europe and the Manzanares family for €600 million. The transaction, which is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, is subject to regulatory approvals.

The acquisition strengthens Colliers’ engineering division and expands its footprint across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and South Asia, complementing its established markets in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Uría Menéndez advised Colliers on the acquisition.

The matter was led from the firm’s London office by Juan Carlos Machuca, M&A Partner, with support from Manuel Delgado, Laura Barroso and Sara Gómez from the M&A team; Nerea Torrontegui from the employment team; and Ingrid Pi, Leticia López-Lapuente, Cristina Manrique and Ignacio Esteban from the IP/IT team, among others.

Uría also acted as legal coordinator across all international jurisdictions involved in the transaction.

Pérez-Llorca advised Ayesa Engineering.

The team was led by corporate M&A Partners Julio Lujambio, José Luis Romeu, Bojan Radovanovic and Melchor Álvarez de Mon, supported by Beatriz Sánchez, Roberto Funes and Javier Ihatsu (corporate M&A). Weil, Gotshal & Manges advised A&M Capital Europe. The team was led by Simon Lyell, Private Equity Partner, with support from counsel Kirstin Fyffe and associate Matthew Williams.

Khaitan & Co also advised A&M Capital Europe.
