CMS INDUSLAW, Khaitan & Co along with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM) advised on Xflow’s USD 16.6 million Series A funding.
Xflow has raised USD 16.6 million in a Series A funding round led by General Catalyst, with participation from PayPal Ventures and existing investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Stripe, Moore Capital, and Square Peg.
Xflow operates a cross-border payments platform that enables Indian businesses to seamlessly collect and manage international payments. The platform currently supports transactions across more than 100 countries and 25 currencies.
CMS INDUSLAW advised Xflow on the transaction. The team comprised Partners Minhaz Lokhandwala and Vinit Patwari, with support from Associates Yash Borana and Sanjana Sreenath.
Khaitan & Co advised General Catalyst on leading the Series A funding round. The core team included Bharat Anand, Nidhi Killawala, Anupama Singh and Aiyushi Sahani, with assistance from Nirupam Lodha (Intellectual Property).
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Lightspeed Venture Partners as an existing investor participating in the round. The transaction team consisted of Manish Gupta, Rashi Singh, and Mannshree Sikchi
