Mozark Pte Ltd has secured a Series B investment round led by IFC, with participation from RMB Capitalworks.
Mozark has developed a proprietary cloud-based platform that provides a non-intrusive and end-to-end approach to testing and monitoring the performance of digital infrastructure, spanning backend private infrastructure, telecom networks, and front-end user applications. The investment will support the company’s global expansion, including strengthening its sales, marketing and operational capabilities, accelerating research and development, and pursuing strategic acquisitions.
CMS INDUSLAW advised Mozark, a Singapore based SaaS company, on its Series B investment round led by International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group and RMB Capitalworks, a JV between RMB, a leading African corporate and investment Bank and Capitalworks, a leading emerging markets Private Equity fund.
