CraftifAI, an AI startup founded in 2025 by Pratik Sharda and Yashwant Dagar, has raised USD 3 million in a seed funding round led by Ankur Capital, with participation from IvyCap Ventures, Capital-A, Antler, and other investors. The company is building an agentic AI platform designed to automate embedded software development for edge, IoT, and AI-powered devices. The funds will support scaling engineering capabilities, product development, and expansion into global embedded, edge, and IoT markets.
Arohana Legal acted as legal counsel to CraftifAI. The team was led by Partner Disha Toshniwal, and Associate Suhani Gupta.
IC RegFin Legal Partners LLP advised lead investor Ankur Capital. The team comprised Partner Puneet Shah, Senior Associate Amrita Ghosh, Associates Shubham Rustagi and Dhawal Srivastava; CS-Associate Dhaval Patel.
