Reliance Consumer Products Limited completed the 100% acquisition of Southern Health Foods Private Limited, marking a strategic expansion in the health and wellness segment. The transaction also facilitated the exit of NHPEA Summer Holding B.V. (Morgan Stanley) from the company.
