Dua Associates, Lowenstein Sandler LLP, and AZB & Partners advised The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. on their acquisition of Forest Essentials.

The Estée Lauder Companies acquired full ownership of Forest Essentials, a heritage-led Indian beauty brand, marking a significant milestone in the expansion of global beauty companies into India’s rapidly growing premium Ayurvedic and wellness sector. The transaction highlights the increasing global interest in India’s heritage-based wellness and skincare market.

The team was led by Neeraj Kumar and Sanjeev Kaul, with Abhinav Rastogi, and supported by Jay Badola, Jyoti Pande, Monica D. Dubey, Ashish Malkotia, Varun Mathur, Nikhil Raghav Reddy, and Anshuman Malik.
