Jerome Merchant + Partners (JMP), Pérez Llorca, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM), and Uría Menéndez advised on Nazara Technologies’ USD 100.3 Million acquisition of Bluetile Games and BestPlay Systems.
Nazara Technologies Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary Nazara Technologies UK Limited, acquired a controlling stake of approximately 50% in Bluetile Games S.L. (formerly Playvalve S.L.) and BestPlay Systems S.L. for an initial consideration of approximately USD 100.3 million, with total deal value potentially reaching USD 200 million including performance-linked earn-outs.
Bluetile and BestPlay operate a diversified portfolio of globally popular casual and social mobile games, including titles such as Yatzy, Domino Legends, Mahjong Voyage, and Spade Stars. The transaction marks a significant expansion of Nazara’s global gaming portfolio.
