Neo Investment Value Advisors Private Limited (NIVA), a wealth and asset management platform, raised INR 500 crores in an equity investment from TVS Capital.
The funding will be used to accelerate growth and expand NIVA’s knowledge-driven investment solutions within India’s evolving wealth management ecosystem. The round also formally positions Neo Group, which already counts global investors like PeakXV and MUFG, among India’s unicorns with valuations exceeding USD 1 billion.
