Cordillera Investment Partners, L.P. has made a strategic minority investment in Northridge Law LLP, a UK-based specialist law firm focused on complex and high-stakes matters in the sports sector. The investment supports Northridge’s next phase of growth, including expansion into areas such as media rights and stadium development, and reflects increasing private capital interest in professional services and sports-related businesses. As part of the transaction, Cordillera has taken a minority stake and board position in Northridge.

Shoosmiths advised Northridge Law LLP on the transaction.

The Shoosmiths team was led by James Foster, Private Equity Partner.
