CMS INDUSLAW, River Law Advised On Atlys’ Series C Funding Led By SIG

CMS IndusLaw and River Law advised on Atlys’s USD 36 million Series C funding round led by SIG (Susquehanna International Group).

Atlys (Atlas Visa Inc. and its group companies), a technology-driven visa processing platform, has raised USD 36 million in its Series C round led by SIG. The round also saw participation from MakeMyTrip and existing investors including Elevation Capital, Peak XV Partners and Long Journey Ventures.

Atlys provides a digital-first platform that enables users to discover, apply for and track visa applications seamlessly, and continues to expand its international presence while enhancing its product capabilities to improve speed and transparency in visa processing.

CMS IndusLaw advised SIG on its investment in Atlys in the $36 million Series C funding round.

River Law advised Elevation Capital and Peak XV Partners on their follow-on investment in Atlys’s Series C funding round
