Everstone has invested approximately USD 270 million in Apothecon Group, a combined platform established by Apothecon Pharmaceuticals Private Limited and Navinta III Inc. The transaction marks a significant investment in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, supporting the growth and expansion of the platform.
JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Apothecon Pharmaceuticals Private Limited and its founders, Dr. Mahendra Patel and Joe Renner, on the transaction.
