Vodafone has entered into an agreement to acquire the stake of CK Hutchison Group Telecom Holdings in the VodafoneThree joint venture for £4.3 billion.
Upon completion of the transaction, Vodafone will become the sole shareholder of VodafoneThree, the UK’s largest mobile operator and one of the fastest-growing broadband providers.
Slaughter and May is advising Vodafone Group Plc on the transaction.
