The press release states that this decision was made mutually and amicably, with a shared recognition that both firms have grown and evolved in ways that makes this a natural and positive step forward.
Announcement of IC RegFin Legal
IC Legal announced the formation of a specialized and independently operated legal entity – IC RegFin Legal, which was created to enhance operational efficiency and provide deeper sectoral focus by housing IC Legal’s financial services legal regulatory practice.
