Akshay Kishore Joins Duan Morris & Selvam LLP as Director & Head, India Dispute Resolution Practice in Singapore. A dual-qualified (India/UK) disputes expert, Akshay has extensive experience in cross-border commercial arbitration, mediation, and high-stakes regulatory investigations. His sector expertise spans infrastructure, energy, pharmaceuticals, shipping, telecoms, and more, with a strong track record under major arbitration rules including SIAC, ICC, LCIA, DIAC, MCIA, and UNCITRAL.

Akshay is a fellow of the chartered institute of arbitrators and member of SIAC’s reserve panel.
