Antares Legal announced yesterday that Vivek Jha will be joining them as a Partner at their office in Gurugram.
With almost two decades of experience, Vivek joins the firm from Fox Mandal & Associates, where he served as Partner, bringing with him a robust practice spanning corporate and commercial law, with deep expertise in foreign investments, PE, VC, M&A, takeovers, and joint ventures.
Over the years, he has advised a diverse portfolio of corporates, funds, investors, start-ups, and government institutions, and has built a strong reputation for providing commercially sound and strategically sharp counsel.
Vivek’s previous experience includes roles at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., Vertices Partners, and Khaitan & Co., adding to the depth and breadth of expertise he brings to the Antares Legal team.
