Baker McKenzie announced last week that Jenny Liu has joined the Firm as a Partner in its Transactional Practice. Jenny will work from the Firm’s New York and Palo Alto offices. She was a private equity partner at another major law firm.
Jenny’s practice covers a variety of private equity and strategic M&A transactions. She advises private equity firms on the full range of transaction types, including leveraged buyouts, control acquisitions, and minority investments. Recognized by The Deal on its list of “Top Women in Dealmaking,” Jenny represents strategic businesses in mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions of privately and publicly held businesses across a wide range of industries.

Jenny earned her BA from the University of California, San Diego, and her JD from Cornell Law School. She is licensed to practice in New York and California. She said-
