Leading global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer announced that Carole Nerguararian will be joining the firm as a Partner in the Finance and Restructuring practice, based in Paris.
Carole joins the firm from Linklaters, where she is currently a Partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency practice in Paris. Covering the full spectrum of financial and operational restructurings, her practice includes debt and equity funding, insolvency-related litigation and distressed disposals. She specialises in complex domestic and cross-border restructurings in both out-of-court and formal insolvency proceedings.
With a broad, sector-agnostic practice, Carole advises clients across a range of diverse industries, from energy, including oil and gas, to chemicals, hydrogen, retail, pharmaceuticals, real estate and automotive.
Carole is recognised as a ‘Leading Partner’ for Insolvency by the Legal 500 and is ranked for Insolvency/Restructuring by Chambers & Partners.
