Global law firm Clyde & Co has hired tax expert Janet Gooi as a partner in its Dubai office. Janet is joining Clyde & Co’s Global Corporate & Advisory practice and will lead the firm’s Middle East tax offering.
Janet is a highly regarded tax lawyer with a broad practice advising regional and multinational corporations, private equity groups, investment funds and high net worth individuals on a range of tax issues with a particular focus on international tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) tax and tax disputes across the Middle East. She is renowned for being at the forefront of shaping and contributing to the development of the tax landscape in the UAE and the Middle East region.
