AQUILAW advised Ambuja Neotia Healthcare Venture Limited on acquiring 5 acres in Rajarhat, West Bengal from IILM Foundation for a 500-bed super specialty hospital. The deal team conducted comprehensive title due diligence, structured the transaction, and finalized key agreements to ensure a seamless and compliant transfer.
The transaction was led by Founding & Managing Partner Sucharita Basu and Partner Soumya Banerjee, the team included Tanya Sumana Das, Ankit Chhaparia, and Gour Saha.
This acquisition is part of Ambuja Neotia’s ₹15,000 crore investment in West Bengal across healthcare, hospitality, tourism, and real estate.
