Argus, Khaitan Advised On Spinny’s Acquisition Of GoMechanic

Argus Partners, and Khaitan & Co advised on Spinny’s acquisition of GoMechanic.

Spinny, a leading full-stack used car platform ranked #1 in India’s Fastest-Growing Companies 2026 by TIME and Statista, acquired 100% of GoMechanic, a provider of automobile repair, maintenance, and spare parts distribution services. The acquisition enables Spinny to enter the after-sales maintenance space and expand its consumer services portfolio, while integrating GoMechanic’s B2B garage network and supply chain capabilities.

Argus Partners advised Valuedrive Technologies Private Limited (Spinny) on its acquisition of a 100% stake in Service Easy Technology Private Limited (GoMechanic) from its founders, and the investor groups of Stride Ventures Debt Fund II, Lifelong India Private Limited, and Hero Enterprise Partner Ventures.

The team consisted of Partner Anindya Ghosh, Principal Associate Jaidrath Zaveri, Associates Aradhana Pandit, Nivrithi Kumar, and Shubham Tiwary.

Khaitan & Co advised GoMechanic, its promoters, and certain selling shareholders on the sale of their stake.

The core team included Aditya Patni, Prithwijit Gangopadhyay, Riya Dutta, Supallab Chakraborty, with assistance from Tanima Tandon and Shaily Gupta (Direct Tax).
