Aritra Partners and JSA advised on Ethereal Machines Private Limited’s US$28.5 million Series B funding round, led by Avataar Venture Partners, with participation from existing investor Peak XV Partners, Novellus Systems Inc. and other investors.
Ethereal Machines designs and builds proprietary multi-axis CNC machines and operates a Machining-as-a-Service platform, supplying high-precision components to aerospace, defence, healthcare and semiconductor clients globally from its smart factory in Bengaluru.
Aritra Partners advised Ethereal Machines on the transaction.
The Aritra Partners team included Varun Rajda, Sadashiva NT, Pratik Mehta, Akshay Sai, Abhishek Dutta, Rahul Roy, Sri Hari K, Pragya Vyas, Sourabh Guin and Wilren Rebello.
JSA advised Peak XV Partners Investments VIII on its participation in the Series B round.
