AZB & Partners and DLA Piper advised on Nothing Technology’s Series C funding round.
AZB & Partners advised Nothing Technology, in connection with its Series C fund raise of approximately USD 200 million from various investors. The Series C round was led by Tiger Global and included other investors such as EQT, GV, Highland Europe, Qualcomm, and NKSquared.
The deal team comprised Senior Partners Nandita Govind and Rachit Bahl, Partner Navdeep Baidwan, Senior Associates Kanika Jaggi and Samarth Shandilya, Associates Radhika Malpani and Mohit Sharma, with support on competition law aspects from Senior Partner Ram Kumar Poornachandran, Partner Dinoo Muthappa, Senior Associate Shruthi Rao and Associates Nandini Modi and Palak Jagetia.
DLA Piper has advised EQT Ventures in connection with Nothing’s $200 million Series C funding round, which values the consumer technology company at $1.3 billion. The DLA Piper team included Mikael Moreira, Erik Rosberg and Grimur Birgisson.
