AZB & Partners advised TPG Asia VII SF Pte Ltd in relation to the sale of its 14.72% stake in Sai Life Sciences Limited for an amount aggregating to approximately INR 26.76 billion.
The sale took place on the floor of the stock exchanges via the screen-based trading platform. The brokers to the transaction were IIFL Capital Services Limited, Kotak Securities Limited, and Jefferies India Private Limited.
