AZB & Partners represented Samsung Electronics on the India related aspects of its proposed acquisition of FläktGroup, a leading global heating, ventilation and air conditioning solutions provider, for EUR 1.5 billion, from the European investment firm Triton.
This will be a significant acquisition by Samsung, and the move is expected to help Samsung meet the growing cooling needs of data centres used for artificial intelligence (AI) projects.
