AZB & Partners Advised Samsung Electronics On Acquisition Of FläktGroup

AZB & Partners represented Samsung Electronics on the India related aspects of its proposed acquisition of FläktGroup, a leading global heating, ventilation and air conditioning solutions provider, for EUR 1.5 billion, from the European investment firm Triton.

This will be a significant acquisition by Samsung, and the move is expected to help Samsung meet the growing cooling needs of data centres used for artificial intelligence (AI) projects.

The deal team comprised Senior Partner Alka Nalavadi, Partner Kunal Kumbhat, Senior Associate Shailesh Singh, and Associates Anushka Mehta, Khushi Bafna and Pratham Pratap Mohanty.
