Bombay Law Chambers advised Sathya Agencies, one of India’s largest consumer electronics and home appliances retailer, in its 100% acquisition of Unilet Stores, a leading electronics chain in Karnataka.
This strategic acquisition significantly expands Sathya’s footprint, adding Unilet’s 52 stores to its existing network of over 300 locations. It marks a pivotal moment in the consumer electronics retail landscape, highlighting the ongoing growth and consolidation in the sector.
