CAM Acts For Goldman Sachs In Sale Of Airtel’s Equity Shares Worth ₹7,191 Cr

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) acted as the Indian legal counsel to Goldman Sachs (India) Securities Private Limited (the “Placement Agent”) for the sale of 34,300,000 equity shares of Bharti Airtel Limited (“Company”) by Indian Continent Investment Limited (the “Seller”) by way of a share sale on the screen based trading platform of BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

The Seller sold 34,300,000 equity shares of the Company (approximately 0.56% of the equity share capital of the Company) on November 26, 2025, for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 7,191 crores (approx.)

The transaction team included Manshoor Nazki and Vishesh Jain.
