CAM Advised Middle Eastern Sovereign Fund On Its Investment In Micro Life Sciences

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised Middle Eastern Sovereign Fund on its investment of $200 Million for an approx. 3% stake in Micro Life Sciences, one of India’s leading medical device companies.

The transaction is subject to approval by the Competition Commission of India (CCI).
