This sale represents as one of the key transactions in India’s fintech and wealth management sector, following approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Fisdom, offers a comprehensive suite of wealth management solutions, including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, portfolio management services (PMS), and tax filing solutions.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) acted as legal counsel to Fisdom, and the promoters of Fisdom, in relation to the proposed acquisition of 100% of the shares of Fisdom by Groww.
