Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and JSA advised on the initial offering of units of TVS Infrastructure Trust (TVS InvIT), a warehousing and logistics-focused Infrastructure Investment Trust, through a private placement aggregating to ₹13,000 million (₹1,30,000 lakhs).

The offering marks a major milestone as one of the first InvIT listings in India’s logistics and warehousing sector, and is among the largest private placements of its kind in the country.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal counsel to the TVS Infrastructure Trust, TVS Infrastructure Investment Manager Private Limited (Investment Manager), and TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks Private Limited (Sponsor/Selling Unitholder). The firm advised on the establishment of the Trust, structuring of the transaction, and the initial offer of 13 crore units via private placement. The capital markets team included Yash J. Ashar, Kranti Mohan, Sarvpriya Mishra, Saksham Singh Khokhar, Molika Agrawal, Parikha Rathi, and Mansii Jain. The Trust currently holds 18 industrial and logistics parks with an operational area of approximately 89.33 lakh sq. Ft., spread across 14 locations in Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, and West Bengal.
