Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) and Khaitan & Co have advised on True North’s acquisition of a significant minority stake in Embio Limited.

Embio is a leading regulated markets-focused manufacturer of complex APIs and advanced intermediates and is a key player in the controlled substances sector.
