CAM advised the lead managers, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited, Goldman Sachs (India) Securities Private Limited and JM Financial Limited, in connection with the initial public offering of Urban Company Limited (formerly known as UrbanClap Technologies India Limited). The Offer of 184,489,255 equity shares for cash at a price of ₹103 each, aggregating to ₹19,000 million, comprised of a Fresh Issue aggregating to ₹ 4,720 million and an Offer for Sale aggregating to ₹ 14,280 million by the Selling Shareholders. The equity shares were listed on the stock exchanges on September 17, 2025.
