Shiprocket Limited, India’s largest new-age end-to-end horizontal e-commerce enablement platform by operational revenue in Fiscal 2026, undertook an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to approximately ₹1,617.5 crore, comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale. The IPO was managed by Axis Capital Limited, BofA Securities India Limited, JM Financial Limited and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited as the book running lead managers.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) acted as Indian legal counsel to Shiprocket Limited in connection with its initial public offering. The Firm also advised Saahil Goel, Gautam Kapoor and Vishesh Khurana, the individual selling shareholders, on their participation in the offer for sale.
