CAM, SAM, Latham & Watkins Are Advising On Zepto’s IPO

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM) and Latham & Watkins are advising on the Zepto IPO.

Zepto’s IPO is expected to be sized at approximately INR 8,000–9,000 crore. The Bengaluru-based company had confidentially filed its draft red herring prospectus in December for a proposed IPO of around INR 11,000–12,000 crore, primarily comprising a fresh issue. The final issue size and pricing, however, are yet to be determined and remain subject to change.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) is advising Zepto on the IPO.

The transaction is being led by Vishal Yaduvanshi, Partner and Regional Co-Head – Capital Markets (North).

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM) is advising the book running lead managers on the IPO.

The transaction team is led by National Practice Head (Capital Markets) Prashant Gupta, and Partner Abhiroop Amitava Datta, with support from Associates Shivang Agarwal, Deeksha Dhingra and Pavitra Dubey.

Latham & Watkins Singapore acted as international legal counsel to the book running lead managers.

The team was led by Partner & India Practice Head Rajiv Gupta.
