Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Trilegal, and A&O Shearman advised on Sify Infinit Spaces’ proposed IPO worth Rs.3700 crore.
Sify Infinit is the first company to establish a data center in India and a leading provider of colocation services. The IPO proceeds are proposed to be used for part funding of capital expenditure requirements towards completion of a tower of data center in Chennai, setting up of two towers of data centers at Rabale, Mumbai and repayment of borrowings.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas is acting for Sify Infinit Spaces on its proposed IPO. CAM’s capital markets team was led by Partner Ravi Dubey and included Principal Associate Radhika Pandey, and Associates Abishek Sankar, Anomitra Debnath, Divyanshu Singh, Nikshetaa Jain and Chinmay Jumde.
Trilegal advised on the proposed initial public offering of equity shares by Sify Infinit Spaces, comprising a fresh issue and offer for sale of equity shares by Kotak Data Center Fund and Kotak Special Situations Fund, aggregating up to INR 37.00 billion.
Trilegal represented the syndicate of book running lead managers, which comprised of JM Financial, CLSA India, J.P. Morgan India, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company and Morgan Stanley India Company. The Capital Markets team advising on the mandate was led by Partner Richa Choudhary, and comprised Counsels Avanti Kale and Maitreya Rajurkar, Senior Associate Sanya Chaudhari and Associates Siddhant Mishra, Samruddhi Varma and Arnab Goswami.
